The Glory Girls came to Stamford to support Kimberly as she participated in the CT American United States Pageant where she garnered the top spot of 1st Runner-Up! L-R: Erica, Stacy, Joyce, Kimberly, Amanda & Jennifer.
We next performed at the MS Walkathon at the West Hartford UCONN Campus. We had the honor of meeting some of the Lady Huskies University of Connecticut National Champion Basketball Team after they cut the ribbon to start the walk!

Sunday, April 14th we were honored to perform for our CT AMVETS Because We Care Day at Rocky Hill VA Hospital.
We had a great time seeing all of our old friends like Al and Pat Duff, Ed Bissonette, Rod Bissonette, Donna and Frank and many more! Richie Duff started out with his black belt karate demonstration. Amanda started our show with the National Anthem.
We were able to perform many group numbers as well as solos.

Amanda, Stacy and Kimberly donned their service jackets, which were donated to Kimberly by our Veteran Friends, and sang the Andrew Sisters Medley.

Our newest members, Christi and Joyce, performed solos. Christi, fresh off a run of Hello Dolly in the lead role of Dolly Levi, performed a number from the show. Joyce sang Celine Dion's Power of Love.Our Jr. Glory Girls, Carolyn and Chelsea were not to be outdone! We promised them a Valentine and they got it - when Carolyn performed a song with that same title. Chelsea sang Colors of the Wind from Pocohantas. 
Kimberly and Stacy perform an old favorite - the Andrew Sisters medley.
It has some of their best known songs including, Boogie Woogie Bugle Boy, Don't Sit Under The Apple Tree, Bei Meir Bist Du Schoen, and Apple Blossom Time. The audience always enjoys this medley and they sing along to prove it!
As Kimberly sings the ballad Apple Blossom Time, she picks an old friend from CT AMVETS Post 9 to dance with. He was a great dancer and smooth on his feet. But, alas, she had to return him to his wife and continue with the show!
One of our newest Glory Girls, Jenn, came out next for a solo performance. The audience enjoyed her performance.
Kimberly and Stacy returned for the American medley in their red, white and blue sparkle star shirts.
Our first featured solo performer was Chelsea. She brought a little bit of country flair to our show with Honey, I'm Home by Shania Twain. She packs a big voice in a little body and the Veterans loved her!
Our next featured solo performer was Sherry. She wowed the audience with her beautiful voice. She presented Some Enchanted Evening from South Pacific. Sherry had also performed the National Anthem at the beginning of our show.

Stacy and Kimberly returned to the stage to bring that Motown sound to our friends. They were singing and clapping along to many famous tunes. Stacy and Kimberly's next medley boasts over 20 songs in under 6 minutes and features fast songs and catchy choreography!The Veterans usually have a great time trying to name them all afterwards and today was no exception!
Our next featured solo performer brought a different spin to our audience - literally! Emily performed her award winning gymnastic routine to music from CATS.
Our next Glory Girl is Amanda. She wowed the audience with her rendition of Linda Eder's Big Time.
Kimberly returned to the stage for one last solo before we ended our show. In honor of Salute to Veterans Week and Valentine's Day, she performed the Linda Eder hit I'm Afraid This Must Be Love. She certainly had many Veteran Valentine's this day! 
Kimberly returned with Stacy that Friday night for a Christmas Show for the Veterans at Rocky Hill VA. They were invited by Norman Musk and the Marines/Devil Dog Group. It was an evening of fun for everyone.
The evening started with the Devil Dogs handing out gifts and afghans that were crocheted all year by friends of the Devil Dogs.
Kimberly & Stacy start the evening with old favorites by the Andrew Sisters.
The show moved through the eras including 40's, 50's, 60's and some 70's. In keeping with the Christmas spirit, we performed many Christmas songs.
We donned our white fur cuffs and collars for the Christmas sing-a-long that had Veterans requesting many tunes.
